Every time I call in I am greeted with a kinda "smile in their voice" person. Bo is wonderful, if he doesn't know the answer he will find out and do everything he can to help you understand, even if he's explained it 3 times already, and won't get frustrated! Corey really knows his stuff. I know I can call him even if i'm in a hurry and he will help me get the answers I need in 2 minutes or less! (or they will call you back quickly)
After getting a few quotes online from Geico and Progressive, I called in and talked with Coy Christiansen at Allstate and he was able to get me a rate that matched the lowest rate I could find online. Not only that, but having a person that I know and trust ready to answer my calls and texts makes it so much more worth it. I highly recommend checking these guys out.
