A friend recommended Craig's and we were in a pinch. Our car was not drivable, so we towed it to Craig in the late afternoon and by the next morning we knew exactly what was wrong AND Craig found that it was related to work a different mechanic shop had done previously on the car. He personally called the other mechanic to tell them what he found and encouraged them to help cover the cost of the repair. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. He was honest and very knowledgeable. His honesty and willingness to stand behind his work is unmatched. He has won our future business and we will recommend him to family and friends.
