I had a healing session with Traci last night. I am going to retire and was having issues dealing with it. Traci asked some good and hard questions that I had to be honest about. She has awakened me to my fears and how to deal with them. Traci is such a wonderful person and has a huge heart and shoulders for anyone to just lay it on the line. So, if you are having issues about anything, make an appointment and be healed and awakened. Thank you Traci
My daughter and I went to Awakening Healing and Yoga for a goat yoga session. It was out first yoga experience with a real live instructor....and goats! It was fantastic! Traci is a great instructor and so sweet. She took the time to engage each student individually and snap a photo. The studio is as lovely and welcoming as Traci is. We are looking forward to our next visit!
I love awaking yoga in slinger. I’ve been going for almost a year and gradually attending more classes each month. The addition of the Barre classes has been awesome. First I have seen shockingly great results to my body. And we have never even done an awful sit-up. Tracy is an outstanding instructor who listens to her students needs and runs a class to the level of those in attendance that day. I’ve always felt very welcomed and never intimidated because I really had never attempted yoga prior to going to her classes. Anyone can do her classes and your body will feel great after. Over coming a frozen shoulder from her gentle yoga classes is just one of my accomplishments. Check out a class. You won’t regret it.
