DO NOT RENT HERE !!! Gerald Shupe the new manager is delinquent in all of his duties. Since he assumed management of this complex there have been numerous oversights in grounds care , tenet notification and unit repairs. My unit has an upstairs shower that leaks though the floor and has a broken knob. The kitchen faucet stops working all the time. We never received notifications for changes to the parking assigments, and then we're denied spots after we found out. The dumpsters are overflowing with garbage that is now blowing across the parking lot. All of our holloween decorations were stolen, his response, call the police. He has lost rent payments and when confronted he attempted to blame us. After finding the lost payment we never received an apology for his mistake. I have never been so dissatisfied or disappointed with any manager.
