I went for 12 sessions after ACL reconstructive surgery for a torn ACL. I felt the therapists were good, however this company has horrible senior manament and and terrible administration workers. When I went for therapy there were 2 sometimes 3 patients per therapist on the hour you had booked! I felt like I wasn't getting the attention I deserved and needed. Not the therapist fault as they were fine. Problem was they are horribly under staffed and also didn't have a front desk person and expected the therapists to field calls as they were attending to patients. I also am having issues with them sending their claims to the wrong insurance company for me. I have had numerous calls with them and the insurance company and they can't seem to get it to the right claims department. In closing my experience with them was bad, and I would never go back!

Have been coming here for the last 2+ months for a repaired Achilles. The staff is great here. In a situation where people can come in feeling down/sorry for themselves they do a great job with motivation to help them overcome their injury and maintain the road to recovery. They are personable, friendly and most important caring. I am ahead of schedule with my recovery and always hopeful when I go in looking forward to see what new exercises we can accomplish. Thank you!

The young Ladies at this location were outstanding. Kristen, Amanda and Sarah helped me through a long stretch after my surgery. They are very knowledgeable, kind and what I like to call, good people. I will always go there for my therapy if ever needed. I cannot say enough about this location and these three Girls. I wish all the Happiness in the world to these three!!

They always care about your progress and are attentive to how you are doing with any particular excercise. They work closely with you on realistic goals.

The staff at ATI Physical Therapy is so nice, friendly and caring. The treatment that you get there is top notch. I highly recommend them for physical therapy. They even offer free injury screenings.
