Staff is very welcoming, enjoy the variety of equipment. Do you guys require masks for people working out?

Definitely stepped up their cleaning, implementing social distancing and whatnot. During this pandemic you'll definitely see people looking at your weird for wearing a mask or not. Even though we're all suppose too (minus those with health issues).

The staff wears masks but in no way shape or form enforces the clientele to wear it. I contacted the corporate office to ask why it is not being enforced and got a standardized answer about how they are making sure everything is sanitized, but masks do not have to be worn during actual working out. They only have to be worn to come in. Multiple staff members said that they are not allowed to enforce the rule. The first time I mentioned something they said it was because they had to assume that the client has a medical condition and HIPAA prevented them from asking. I told them HIPAA applies to protected medical information, but if it a criteria to be in the building it does not apply. I also put masks on many COVID patients when transporting them in the hospital. On top of this, the lack of caring from the people working out for others, or the community at large is even sadder. I am an ICU nurse, and see COVID deaths on a weekly basis. I can see why this virus is going no where fast if this gym is any indication. They really are doing nothing more than they were before in cleaning the equipment. They care more about the dollar than about the community. They had a business who was fixing the equipment and even they were not wearing masks. They are supposed to be about promoting health and are doing the complete opposite. If you care about the community or want to help curb the virus stay away from this gym chain and find one that does enforce basic rules. Will be canceling membership.

Very clean with a good amount of equipment for those of us that wants to socially distanced from other people working out.

Not busy at all. A few not wearing mask. Very hard to workout and wear a mask that is for sure.
