So, my mom received some sweaters from Christopher & Banks for Christmas and lives in a senior community, and she forgot & didn't know how to get to our Christopher & banks store to return some sweaters that did not fit her. So she waited for me to come back from Florida. I got back March 16th and the Covid-19 had everything locked down for me to return these sweaters. So I just contacted customer service and asked how I can return these items, and they told me I couldn't because I'm past the return date, so I asked if I could exchange the items and they still said NO!! I really like their clothes and I don't usually do reviews but I couldn't stand by on this one. You would think under the circumstance they would have exchanged the items and possibly gotten more business because of their sale that is going on. But I guess not!!!!!

Cindy suggested that I try 2 pair of pants. The first one fit perfectly. Purchased them and am very satisfied with them. Cindy, I hope I have her name correct, is well versed in the items in the store and saved me hours of looking at other shops. Will shop at Christopher &Banks everytime I am in Germantown. Great quality. Have referred this location to my sister who is already a Christopher and Banks customer.
