This company is a definite asset to the community. The swans that have “taken up residence” on the grounds nearby have been seen relaxing on a beach, waiting in line to board their school bus and currently playing basketball. How enjoyable for passersby to view the ever changing antics of these 4 swans, always wondering what they will be doing next!nnDuring the difficult times that we all are experiencing, it is more than delightful to take a break from all of the anxiety that surrounds us, and to be able to have these 4 little swans bring a smile or a chuckle to each of us as we drive by your company.nnThank you Double JJ Transport for “lightening our load” for a few moments each day . Driver in 14434 on 196 @ 424pm August 16, 2020 in Michigan almost killed my wife and children driving very recklessly. When there was a merging lane on his right, he failed to give the courtesy and drove up on her almost striking her with my children in the car. Then flipping her off.nnShe proceeded to drive and seen him almost side swipe a truck also. Get better drivers, that guy is going to kill someone.

I’m a former employee that worked for Jerome, Lee, and my dispatch manger Terri Elias at Double J. My experience was nothing short of amazing. They simply treated me like I was a big part of their family. Unfortunately due to some personal issues I needed to figure out for myself, my employment there was cut short. I was never forced dispatched. I had a lot of good experiences with this company in general. Home time was excellent, they gave me more home time at times then they should have allowed. If you put in the time and work hard, which anyone should, you will go far with this company with given respect and getting respect. Benefits are some of the best in the industry.nnLet’s talk about the beginning for the recruiting process. It was as smooth as it could go. That department with Karen and company know how treat the people they are bringing in. They flew me in from Minneapolis and put me up in my own room. Now I live in Minnesota and they are based out of Jackson Wisconsin. They could of made me drive with a rental, but the top notch company they are they wanted me to relax. To Karen and everyone in the recruiting and benefits department bang up job.nnIn closing if your looking to drive for a wonderful company Double J is the way to go. You are by no means a number. You are family! Trust me call them if your looking to go OTR you will not regret it. If I ever end up going back out this is my home and the first company I will go with. Their trucks are top notch and so is their maintenance. It seems too good to be true, but with this company they now exactly what they need to do to be successful and to make their drivers successful.
