I have worked with Debbie and team for over 10 years and have always received fabulous service. Debbie is professional and very proactive. She represents high quality companies and has no issue being the point person when help is needed. From discussions with others, I understand this is not true of many of the major instance companies. I don’t feel the need to stay on top of changes to my policies. Debbie does that for me.nThrough Debbie I have been insured with Acuity and Secura. Both have been stellar providers. A recent claim was managed amazingly by Debbie and Acuity. I met with Debbie a year ago to discuss changing agencies but keep my current insurance company. I needed to sign some documents for the agency transfer and review of policies.
