Working with Hugh as our realtor was a great experience. As first time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better person to have on our side. He would go out of his way to make himself available when we found a property we were interested in. He would always point any red flags with the home or neighborhood. When it came time to buy, he showed that he has great negotiation skills. He made sure to keep in contact with us. Even when we messaged him a year after purchasing the home, he was happy provide us with current info about comparable sold properties, which we needed for a refinance. Overall, would highly recommend.

Late 2016 I used Hugh for the second time to sell my home. (same home in which Hugh helped me buy only 3 years earlier) I was very exciting because I not only was ready for a larger home with a big garage, but I always have a great time touring homes with Hugh, he really does make it enjoyable. me and him agreed on a price for my home in which we would list it for. He did an amazing job on the listing and a beautiful job on the photography! my home went under contract 3 days after it was listed with a full price offer! which then made our deadline on the new home a bit short. Hugh spent every minute he could showing us homes and doing all the market analysis on every home we thought might be a good fit for us. we ended up finding the perfect home in a great location, quickly! the move went extremely well with us moving out and moving in to the new home with 2 days to spare. I literally could not imagine using a different real estate agent. he really does an amazing job and you should feel safe knowing that he always has your best interest in mind. I look forward to our next real estate adventure!!

Having used Hugh Smith as our Real Estate agent for the sale of our mother's home, we had a most positive experience from start to finish. Hugh proved to be a very thoughtful and pleasant professional throughout the process. He kept my sister and I as well as our mom, continuously updated every step of the way. Hugh was very reassuring and accommodating of our mom to assist in making it as easy as possible for her. He even arranged to have the closing of the sale take place at my mothers retirement home since she was no longer driving on her own.
