I did not enjoy my experience here and would recommend a different place to others. I gave them two stars instead of one because the whole process was conveniently hands-off. I got into the unit quickly and have since moved out and have not met any of the staff. Talked to the owner (?) once on the phone during setup; everything else has been email and drop boxes at the storage center. That is fine. However...nnRain and snow got into my unit, even at the back of a central unit where it's most protected. Make sure you don't store valuables on the floor.nnThey will take your entire security deposit unless you adhere to the renter's agreement completely. I gave 10 days notice instead of 30 days notice and they took the whole deposit for that reason only. No reply when I questioned that.nnNo plowing on weekends so don't come at that time in the Winter unless you have 4WD. I got stuck (FWD) and needed to call a friend to help.
Convenient but smaller units.
Quiet and safe.
Very friendly staff and super easy to talk to. Clean unit and great location.
I rented a 10x10 unit here and had great customer service all around.
