I’ve been with them a little over a year and they are very lenient. I read some of the reviews and they don’t cut the locks that quick. They work with you. Yes you will have a late fee but at the same time they won’t just put your stuff out like that . When I was sick last month I accumulated late fees due to me not having the funds at the time but I still had my storage unit with all my belongings. To me they have reasonable rates especially for the location . They give you until the 10th of the month to pay without getting charged late fees . It can’t get any better than that. Best storage experience ever . Keep up the good work you guys .

The three 5 star reviews must be relatives of the owner. Don't fall for it!!! I had a storage unit with them for less than one year. During which I was facing financial difficulties to where I could not pay the $60 for one month. Before I knew it I owed a couple hundred dollars for one month late then $380 for two months then $470 for three months. The whole time I was talking to the manager about coming to a reasonable amount to pay. But every time I tried to talk to them about it they were hard to get ahold of and when I did talk to them they said $330 in 7 days. Who can come up with that much money when they are broke on such short notice? Then they cut my lock a couple days after the due date and didn't tell me until I called to try to work things out. So after they went through my storage unit then I owed $470 just three days before I only owed $330. They leveraged my personal items away from me and charged me a lot more money to do it. How is this legal in America? Is this what America is coming to? Punishing poor people for going through financial crisis? Please do not fall prey to them!!!

Great service , clean and neat ! Was there for 5 years ! Convenient location!

Easy access to units and had video surveillance of units. Prices are a bit high 4 storage facility w/o electricity in the units making access hard in the dark hours.
