Avoid this company. They have lower ratings for a reason. My experience has been so bad that I'm writing my first review for a company evernnI'm currently doing business with this company, but I'm now shopping for other safe movers. I bought a gun safe from Academy almost a month ago, and set up the moving with the company they suggested. I called and the person that answered asked for three days that worked for me for the safe to be moved. A few days later, another person called and tried to set up for another day, one that I had not given them. It would not work because of work. She said she would call me back later. That was a Friday, they called back on a Monday, and now the soonest date is two weeks later, which should have been today.nnToday, apparently their equipment broke. They did not try to get another team out, and they did not offer any other alternatives except that now it will be another week before they will deliver it. That makes it exactly one month since I bought my safe.nn100% do not recommend.

Nick & his team were INCREDIBLE! So professional, so kind and just all around the best movers we could have ever hoped for! We have a Liberty Presidential Safe, which is one of the heaviest safes out there. Nick & crew moved that thing like it weighed nothing! We are also in the middle of finishing our basement and they gave us great suggestions for what to do now and call them when it's ready to go in it's permanent home. If you're looking for someone to move your gun safe look no further these guys are the REAL DEAL! Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts we couldn't be happier for a job well done!

They installed a safe for me. Right after they left I realized that it was not installed level. The manufacturer contacted them to come back, but they seemingly ignored the request. Much later they contacted me for a return visit, but they simply didn’t show up when they said they would. I left them a message to let them know the installers hadn’t returned, but they didn’t get back to me. Thankfully the manufacturer is getting a different company to come fix the work they should have gotten right when they were here back in August. Oh- and they charged a fortune. Avoid these guys if you can.

I had a HUGE safe that needed to be moved from up and out of my non-exposed basement to my new house's non-exposed basement. It was a work of art watching them make it happen. There wasn't an inch to spare and they got it down without any problems. I would highly recommend their services!!

The two guys were kind, knowledgeable and very attentive at bringing the Liberty Safe into my home! I will recommend them to anyone who needs a moving service! I’m 100% happy! Job well done!!!
