Great company to work for. Ive only been here since beginning of September 2020 yet in all my 20 years as a driver I can truly say West Bend is top notch. The staff is wonderful, communication in this industry is the key to success. Truly explains why they have been in business for so long. The customers I deal with every day are also very pleasant to deal with. I love the fact that I am not micro managed and they have entrusted me to take care of this dedicated account. West Bend Transit is a great place to work. Even during this pandemic, the management did a great job of keeping the drivers busy and working when so many other workers were suffering from unemployment. Steve, Rick and Mandy always treated me with professional respect and fairness and have created a great team environment. I even received a hand written card from the owner thanking me for my hard work and dedication. Everyone likes to feel appreciated and I certainly feel that way working at West Bend Transit.

I started with West Bend Transit in June of 2018 and by far this is one of the best companies to work for. Everybody helps each other and the front office works with you on things. Your not a number your a face and a name. The owners are very nice people and always have an open door policy if you have a concern or if you just want to say hi. I would recommend that if your looking to drive local come over give us a look. Talk to the drivers or the office we do enjoy what we do.nnKevin Gwidt
