This review is as of 10-19-2020. Called in to see if a package is there for pick up. Caller was very nice and attentive. She went the extra mile to tell track the GPS to tell me exactly where the package was scanned and dropped off. She gave me the details of the time and date it should’ve arrived. Very good caller. It turns out it was in my mailbox the whole time. Lol
Postmaster is an idiot! Reads between the lines on what is clearly stated on mailing requirements on usps site. I think postmaster is trying to make a name for themself and its not a good one!
The manager Rhianna was super friendly and very helpful. For some reason my package was not delivered and she quickly tracked it down for me so I could come pick it up. Awesome USPS location. Great management. Great people.
Tracking shows my package is there arriving at 4am and still there at 4pm. They are not answeribg the phones so I can even ask about my package which is already 6 days late.
So sick of having our mail and packages delivered to the wrong addresses or we keep getting other peoples mail. It's insane how this keeps happening!!! Here I was worried about people stealing packages but instead have to worry about the mail person delivering to the correct house.
