Overall my experience was excellent. The security guard was friendly and efficient, and made the people that were waiting feel comfortable and welcomed. The representative was efficient, and showed knowledge of the process as well as grasping the details of the issues my wife and I were having with Social Security. She gave us an accurate estimate of how long it would take to get these issues corrected, and contacted us after everything had been addressed. Overall this was a good experience.
It was a very pleasant experience at the West Bend Social Security office. From the Security officer that I met at the door to Renee who helped me with my benefits. I can’t believe how nice everyone was. Thank you so much.nBob
Well Let me thank with all my heart the Security Officer at the West Band Social Security office and Mrs Carrie for an outstanding and diligent show of care. I was having a serious asthma attack this morning and the worst of it is I left my Inhaler Home-which does not happen very oftennThis Cup of water from the Officer and this warm Tea from Mrs Carrie, i strongly saved me from landing at the Emergency RoomnOnce more THANK YOU AND THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART
Quick and as helpful staff as possible in what is usually a miserable experience in going to the SS office. I went here to change my name and found the security guard at the front especially friendly helpful. He was interacting with the busy waiting room crowd, and making the inevitable government building wait tolerable and even humorous!
Waited on hold for 40 minutes twicen.hing up last time because I thought they closed at 4. It was now 4:27. Assumed after an hour plus wait that they had left the bldg.
