Friendly staff and patrons.clean.
Very attitudes with the staff. Giving looks and talking about you and others. Not enough equipment. Equipment is not aligned properly is off balance which lead to muscles imbalances and poor posture. Coming from a CPT and equipment expert I'd not recommend long term at the sheboygan planet fitness. Managers have poor attitude as well so don't count on getting anything done for you.
Horrible customer service during COVID and trying to get a refund, you contact corporate and they are just as horrible and no one holds anyone accountable because all they want is to be money hungry in an unhealthy environment instead of thinking of their consumer.
It's a good fit for my fitness needs. Easily accessible too.
The only thing I would chamge about this place is having a staff member trained in proper weoght lift techniques so that people do not hurt themselves. But because it is a no-judgement place, I understand how that conflicts with their philosophy.nnAnyone who wants to get mad at me for saying that, go for it, but I've seen a few people at risk of being seriously injured a few times I was there.
