On an early Thurs.morning Jan.2, these wonderful heroes responded to a 911 call at the YMCA .I had been swimming and went into Respiratory Distress.It was cardiac related.I was in a state of sheer panic. Without their fast action I could have died as I actually stopped breathing. Not only did they help me survive but they were kind as well. I can never thank them enough for their excellent skills,quick thinking, and rapid transport to the ER. With love and deep gratitude. Cindy K.
