This does not even deserve one star! We ordered a freezer on 4/29 to be in by 6/3. Was told it would be on 11/6. Went to the store on 11/6 and Rob told us that our freezer was no longer being made and not sure if it would be in. They did receive a smaller freezer and we looked at it and there was a small dent on the door. Rob told us to come back on 11/7 and speak to the manager/owner Craig and we could discuss getting a discount since we needed a freezer. Rob said they would be there at 9:00 a.m. we show up at 9 and there were 2 other customers there but they were closed. We came back around 10:15 and still closed. The website said they opened at 8:00. We went home which was a 60 mile round trip. I called when we got home they answered and said they were open and hung up. So we go back and that is when we had such a terrible experience. Craig was rude from the start and said he would not give a discount since it is just a freezer. I said I would not buy a damaged item without a discount. He then raised his hand at me like a was a child and said that is what he will do. No discount. I said you will not talk to me that way and then he blew up and said you know what I giving you a refund so you can get out of here. I also said that when someone is told the store hours are at 9 someone should be there. He said they did not open until 11 because he was having an issue with his grandchild. This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my 56 years. This goes to show they will not stand behind there products if they won’t give a discount on a damaged item. If you want bad service and people that do not care this is your place. This store should not even be in business.

Will never go back. We ordered a washer and stopped in a few days later to see if it had arrived and possibly set up a delivery date. When we pulled up my phone rang it was the delivery guy who said he would be at our home in 2 hrs. Perfect. We went into the store so I could show him the washer I had picked out and to ask a question about our Sears card. The man behind the counter was so rude and wouldn't even let my husband finish telling him why we were there.he started swearing and charged back to the back of the store and started yelling at the delivery kid. When he came back he was huffing and puffing still yelling over his shoulder. My husband asked him if there was a problem and he blew up at him. It was scary and uncomfortable to say the least. We left. 2 very nice young men delivered the washer...the sales person Julie was also wonderful and helpful. That man has an anger problem I am just thankful my husband was with me. When my husband confronted him about his behavior he said he was just checking to see which machine we bought .made no sense.

Don't bother calling. Good chance they won't answer and the voicemail box is full. Stopped at the store with a part number from searspartsdirect.com and they still couldn't find it.

Worst shopping experience ever. I ordered a $1000 tool set online to be delivered to the spooner location. I called the store to check up on the delivery date and was treated very poorly on the phone. There was some confusion on the delivery date and when I went into the store to pick up my order I was greeted by the rudest most arrogant person I think I have ever met, The man I spoke with was very disrespectful and rude and even raised his voice to me over a simple misunderstanding. My family has 2 shops and a race team and have been exclusively using craftsman tools for years and this experience was so awful that we have decided I am going to return my online order and we will never do business here again.

My parents have been waiting on there freezer since April and hasn't come in. No updates. And when they wanted to buy a temporary freezer that was damaged, owner refused to give a discount and was rude all around. Owner refunded without even trying to give a discount for the inconvenience or anything. No one was there at the time they said they were going to be there and we came back twice.
