We recently had the items in our storage unit delivered to our new house. Kurt was very quick to respond to any emails I sent inquiring about setting up a move date. Although it was a very busy week for them, they were able to accommodate our wishes to move in on a specific day. We were very appreciative that our move was fit into the schedule. The regular movers were busy with other moves, so two of the managers did our move instead. They were extremely professional and friendly. They took extreme care not to damage any of the walls or floors in our brand new home. We had two extremely heavy sleeper sofas that they brought to the second story which definitely were not easy to carry up the stairs. The price of the move was very reasonable.They even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate being in our new home! I cannot praise MACS enough! We moved from Illinois to Lake Geneva (using Two Men and a Truck and had a TERRIBLE experience) which made us appreciate MACS even more. We were not aware of the fact that they do moves from Illinois to Lake Geneva. If we had known this, we definitely would have used them to move our furniture from Illinois and from our storage unit! I HIGHLY recommend this company and will refer others to them in the future! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

Macs did a great job! The packer, Don, was very efficient and the movers were also efficient in packing and unpacking the truck. I'd recommend Macs very highly.

I asked alot of safety questions. And I loved my answers. This facility is clean, safe, and BUG FREE!! The people are patient and kind. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful. And, they have a vending machine indoors! (If you have kids or a medical issue, seemed important)

I cannot say enough about Macs. Kurt was quick to respond to all my e-mail's. This was a very last min decision for me as my move in date was moved and I was left without help. They were able to squeeze me in at the time I needed and did a spectacular job. The guys that did the moving were very professional, quick, and helpful. They were also very patient with all the questions and chatter from my two littles. Thank you all for everything!

I highly recommend Macs Moving. It was an incredibly smooth experience from start to finish. Josh, Tyler and Don were friendly, professional, fast and efficient. I had complete confidence that all our belongings were securely packed for storage at their facility. A first rate job!!
