We closed on our home in Lake Geneva area. The title company pulled our pay off statement which in turn did not disclose a $6,000 + Special Assessment. This Special Assessment was not disclosed by seller, seller’s realtor or seller’s attorney; and our realtor estate attorney dropped the ball as well. None of these parties are willing to discuss this debacle. We have never been treated so unprofessional. Would like to give a minus 5 rating.
