Purity yoga has helped me so much by alleviating my back pain, I have been attending the chair and restorative yoga classes. The stretching at the end of the day is exactly what I need. I'm on my feet all day and the tension really gets to me. What sets purity yoga apart is the lavender scented eye pillows and the relaxing head massage at the end♡...I also love the singing bowl and the affirmation at the end of our practice as well. It's a wonderful touch!..nnI really love the astute attention Sarah gives me and her ability to see what my body needs. I would highly recommend Purity Yoga Healing and wellness center.
So grateful for Purity Health & Wellness. Sarah, the yoga instructor, is so pleasant and helpful. I especially love the Crystal Singing bowl she uses to invoke a deep state of relaxation during meditation. The chair yoga is great for me as I’m a beginner. Thank you for opening a yoga studio in Lake Geneva!!!
