Our initial experience here for my daughter Kayleigh was perfect. The staff was attentive, understanding and honest. It was a relaxed appointment, while also making us feel special and taken care of. We have had a lake house in Lake Geneva for years, so having my daughter find her gown where we spent most of our Summers was extremely special for our whole family. Months later, we returned to try on her gown and also try dresses for myself (eek!). Her gown fit great! I was also able to successfully find something I felt confident in, which as a mother of the bride I was DREADING! The staff was again, wonderful. They were patient with me as I tried on so many dresses and styles, and really listened to my concerns of parts of my body I wanted to hide vs highlight. My daughter and I both received so many compliments the day of her wedding. I highly recommend! I cannot wait to come back for my sons wedding in 2022.
1000/10. The staff really took the time to hear my reviews on each dress and pulled new dresses based on what I liked. The private suit really sets the mood with something to drink and the ability to go in and select different dress was truly a magical experience. I felt beyond special and was able to find my dream dress... I really couldn’t express how amazing this place is.
What an incredible experience finding my wedding gown here! From the moment I walked into their bridal suite, I knew I was going to find my dress. These ladies were amazing and listened to what style I was looking for and they started to pull dresses from their collection for me to try on. Once I said YES to the dress, they greeted my mom and I with some champagne to toast. I highly recommend the ladies at All About the Gown! Thank you!
Hands down the BEST bridal shop in the Midwest!nIts such a beautiful place with the friendliest staff.nTheir selection of dresses is endless. When I had first stopped in with my mother, it was my first time trying on dresses and I wanted to get comfortable. They greeted us with champagne and sat with us getting to know what I was looking for. I tired on a handful of dresses and fell completely in love with my number 7. I knew it was a done deal. They go above and make you feel so special! I highly recommend and you won't leave disappointed.
I don’t remember the ladies name who helped me but she was very sweet. Judy the owner not so sweet. Lack of communication during the end of my experience with Judy, that has now left me With what I thought was a good experience now into terribly awful one. This review isn’t to bash the place, but simply warn other brides to ask questions and understand their policies that they do not inform you of. Because of MY experience that was ruined, I will rate them zero stars. Hopefully other brides will have a much happier experience shall they choose to come here because I do not wish anyone to feel the way do after leaving this place. I’ve been in tears since I left the place and it’s suppose to be a magical feeling. After all it is the biggest day of your life and it should be perfect! so don’t get caught up in sweet sales talk and people making you think you want something you don’t and be mislead. Best of luck to all future brides and I hope you find the dress of your dreams to walk down the aisle to the love of your life in wether it’s from this lower end bridal store or a top notch bridal place!
