I absolutely love going here for both haircut and eyebrows trimmed. I have read a few of the negative reviews of stylists who have cut my hair and I have to say out of the 30+ visits to this location I have always experienced exceptional service and a FUN experience. They joke around with me and provide an experience you want to go back to. There’s a reason I tip very well and I promise it’s not for receiving bad service! Love you guys and will be back this week! I recommend Great Clips in Lake Geneva to everyone I know and talk to
By far my favorite place to go very professional and clean. Always are nice to customers and nice to me and and always make me want to come back. The only place I get my hair cut. I've tried other places and don't get the same quality.
Very friendly and quick service. Pleased with haircut.
Not only did they mess up both of my kids hair today but they handled it in the most unprofessional way possible. “Get the f out of here” could’ve been expressed in a less trashy manner. I will update review if owner handles this properly.
Checked in through the app. Got there, checked in, told it would be 10 minutes (last time we were there we were required to wait outside) so went and sat in the car, right outside the front door. No other customers were sitting in the waiting area... for 15 minutes, 3 customers left, 1 guy walked in and they sat him right away. I went to check, and they said we walked away, so basically lost our space. Very rude and unprofessional...
