I first met the owner at a horse show and fell in love with her equestrian inspired pendants and earrings. I bought a pair of silver earrings and a silver horse pendant and absolutely love them. I just love their uniqueness and the weight of the silver, these are not flimsy pieces. At the beginning of 2020 I ordered several enameled pieces and found the website easy to navigate and I got my earrings in a timely manner. I’m never disappointed with the quality and the attention to detail and the owner has always been more than caring and eager to please. She really appreciates when somebody enjoys the hand crafted one of a kind creations she offers. I will continue to stay in contact with her even though I live 500 miles away.

Geneva Lakes Jewelry is my first stop for my own jewelry as well as gifts. Lynne (the owner) is exceptionally knowledgeable, always gracious, and happy to answer any jewelry-related questions I may have. She has gone above and beyond when I asked her to send a necklace that I needed in two days (ah, coordinating group gifts), and the recipient was in tears when she saw her beautiful necklace. As an equestrian, I have referred over 100 people to Lynne for her unique designs (her Ribbon Horse is pictured below), and have her business cards with me at all times when people ask about my unique necklace. Lynne has annually been invited to attend national horse expos and events to sell her incredible designs, which proves that her customer service is equal to her creativity. You will not be disappointed.

This is a great store! Lynn has made custom gifts for me to give, and they are unique and beautiful. I’ve never been disappointed. The store has a variety of items and something is sure to appeal. From jewelry to items to decorate your home, and items to wear. I highly recommend shopping at Geneva Lakes Jewelry.

I bought a beautiful ring at this store in October of 2019. The stone fell out in August of 2020. I would of been fine if I had paid a few bucks, but I paid quite a bit for it. Looking at the ring, I can see clearly the stone was glued into the setting.

Cannot recommend Lynne and Geneva Lakes Jewelry more highly. Lynne is a talented gemologist, designer and artist. Purchasing from Lynne is always a delight. Not only is she helpful in choosing the right piece, but you feel like you made a new friend in the process. I love my Arabian silver pendant. Lynne’s equestrian jewelry is stunning in its simplicity and likeness to breed. Lynne recently helped me with a gift during the COVID shutdowns and shipped a beautiful necklace to Maryland for me to gift to a dear friend. She could not have been nicer, more helpful or have sent a more beautiful piece of jewelry. Looking forward to purchasing from Lynne and Geneva Lakes Jewelry again.
