I frequently shop at this store all year around and it was my favorite shop in Lake Geneva. I called to see if they had a product I had seen and wanted my daughter to pick it up for me . I needed it sooner than the spring when they said they could get it . Asked if they knew the manufacturer they would not tell me . They just lost the sale of what my daughter would have spent in the store and now they have lost my business. I am also in retail and the best way to keep customers is to make them happy with me so they come back to shop at my store . 30 years later still have the same loyal customers. Found it on Amazon ud83dude01 be here in 2 days. I really would have rather kept money in small businesses.

Beautiful shop with some gorgeous paintings. I didn’t buy anything, but will go back to spend some time there. A shop like this requires plenty of time for appreciation and eventually buying.
