We took our senior cat to visit Dr Roy, and we had an exceptional experience, even with Covid precautions, she explained throughly , and was willing to answer any questions. We were even sent home with 3 articles to learn more about what was discussed. I can not rave more about this place! 10/10
I've never had such terrible and continuous problems with a vet in my entire life. They told us we were making a terrible decision to put down our diabetic and asthmatic cat. They then incorrectly administered the euthanasia and our cat suffered and gasped for air. And then to top it off they did not explain that we wouldn't be receiving ashes from a group cremation. Avoid these people at all costs.
Knowledgeable, kind, friendly staff. Beautiful facility. I continue to take my dogs here when able (I have since moved to the northwoods) because of the top notch doctors and their willingness to help customers with all aspects of animal care and ownership.
This week my family and I had to make the heart wrenching decision to say goodbye to our 13 plus years old dog, Diot, due to failing health. Dr. Welch and the staff could not have been kinder or more compassionate towards Diot or me. The care we both received provided a sense of peace as I said goodbye to my old boy. Thank you.
