Jones Travel Inc. was beyond exceptional for our wedding day. We had a bridal party shuttle bus and the gentleman that was driving us around was so personable and always on time. Our shuttle service for our guests also went off without a hitch. We would highly recommend using this service to anyone who needed it. They were clean, professional, and were willing to do whatever was needed for their customers.

Bob the bus driver was awesome. We went to a packer game and he was great. He tried to find a bus for a woman that lost hers. There was an issue on the bus on the way home. He handled it with class.and professionalism. I would recommend Jones to anyone. Request Bob You will not be disappointed,,
A nice company to rent the bus for a fairly priced.
Our company used Jones Travel to take our employees to Chicago for a Cubs game. One of the buses showed up to pick our group up with an overly full toilet AND the lock to the bathroom door was broken. When asked if the driver could empty the toilet during the game we were told that there was nothing he could do. On the way back from the game the toilet actually overflowed, getting sewage all over the floor, our shoes, bags and coolers.nnThe management offered little to make better of the situation, offering a $75 credit -- we payed over $2000 for the buses in the first place. Stick with Rockford Charter.
