Very disappointed in this location. I like the chain, but this location has poor customer service. Employees provided wrong oil filter then did not reimburse me for wasted oil. Gave me the run around when I tried to exchange filter. Small project resulted in three trips to store. Young manager who treated me with little respect. Go to competition and spend a little more money. Unfortunate as it’s a good chain. New store and should be provided some learning curve but poor customer service.
