Jake saved us! Needed an inverter replaced, went to a big time RV repair shop in Boise, 3 days there to diagnose and got it wrong costing us $1400. Called Preferred RV from the road on Saturday, he ordered the parts (we paid to expedite), he installed on Tuesday afternoon at our campsite. When he arrived with a shirt that said "Failure is not an option" I felt confident we had the right guy. He is very knowledgeable and has the tools required to do the job. 10 starts if I could!

This was a joke. Answered phone unprofessional. Told us to come to his business and it was actually a house. He didn't answer the door or any more of our phone calls.
