I have been going to this location for over a decade now. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Jared is who typically helps me out. I've bought multiple sets of tires and wheels, as well as had multiple services and repairs done. I feel the price and timeliness is as good as one could expect.
I love Big O tires. Service is unparalleled! Inside is always clean. Some of the friendliest/helpful staff you'll ever meet! Alex in particular really goes the extra mile! I've taken my vehicles to jiffy lube before and the entire experience sucked. Complete opposite of Big O. I won't take my truck and car anywhere else but Big O Tires

90 minutes for plugging a nail hole? Really? If they are busy, I can understand not getting to it, but I really wish they would have told me the est. time when I brought it in! That is just common courtesy.....
