The work was done well and my car runs great. The issue was when the owner called to tell me the price. He refused to tell me what the charge was for until I agreed to let him do the work. When I got the receipt, I see a charge for $95.23 for diagnostic. Any other shop I have been to waives the diagnostic charge if they perform the work. I feel I could have paid less pretty much anywhere else. The charge was $343 to change the spark plugs and wires for my son's car. The dealer charged me $157 for the same thing on my car. Way overpriced. I guess that's why he wouldn't tell me what he was doing.
Allen and his family run a fair price auto shop. He was very friendly and the service was fast. I will definitely return and refer my friends and family.
Yesterday I was recommended to this place for my Emissions, my car failed. I fixed my car issue went back the next day waited an hour for them to open. It was very Bad service the guy was rude I felt like a burdenš I asked for the tags he claimed I had go to DMV since it originally failed. The business is fair priced very fast but Not Professional at all in my case.Very unsatisfactory
I really appreciate the job that Cal and Allen do on my car's they always do a great job at a fair price.
