Best workmanship I've ever come across straight up honest wonderful to work with
Super friendly and sincere. I would definitely recommend this place.
Having worked on my cars, my kid’s/their girlfriend’s cars I’ve attempted most things... and have a concept what to do, and what it should cost. You can do some maintenance yourself but some work is worth paying for.
John and his staff are knowledgeable and skilled, and will ensure it is right. I recently took a difficult repair to Macedone that I couldn’t resolve myself. I described the problem as I understood it and extended them the latitude to do what they thought best - they recognized what needed to be done and completed it in one evening (4-5 hours). I have never had that happen.
Treat them with respect and benefit-of-the-doubt (as any professional) and you’ll likely find no better place - or even as good. John and Dan care about the people they work with. You will not be disappointed.
John Macedone provides personable customer service and honest and direct communication. He is a professional, subject matter expert in his craft, and very people oriented. Five stars is not enough to describe my experiences at Macedone Auto Repair.
Absolutely AMAZING service, dependable, honest, reasonably priced, I can't say enough things about John. He is the kind of guy who treats you like an equal. Its nice to have someone I can proudly refer to all my friends and family without any reservations.
