It was my first time at this location, located 5 minutes from my home. My good friend referred me to James R, & he did not disappoint. I needed my renewal tags, headlight bulbs replaced, air filter, tires rotated, & an oil change. I was very pleased with my experience, as everyone was very professional. I'll definitely be going back.
I went in for a standard emissions check, and to also inquire to a weird sound coming from one of my tires. They not only got my emissions checked and passed in a timely manner, but also took time to look at the sound coming from my tire. They were willing to show my their process and help teach me what they were doing. As someone who enjoys learning, but knows little about cars, this was very considerate and nice of them to do. They found the problem and explained to me the process so I could learn for the future.
It was fast and everyone was very nice definitely would come here again
Great place. The people that work here are very kind and honest.
Seems like the team works well together. Helping each other out when needed. Manager seemed to have patience, when asked for help or advice on how to complete a job. Rest of team very helpful and knowledgeable.
