AMS Towing

Larsen saved me a lot of time and money!! He looked at my vehicle and was able to get it picked up with no damage!! Too special care of my mustang and go it to my house safely! Another tow company said they wouldn't even touch the car because there was no way they could get it on the truck without damage the fender! Great job Larsen thank you so much for taking care of me and my baby!! The best I will choose you going forward anytime!!!

Update! When I wrote the review below (2 years ago) one of their owners/ employees Angie Miller was was so displeased with my negative review that she lied and tried to sabotage my new business (which hadn't even opened its door at that time) by leaving a negative review on my other business page. Class act. A woman I never worked with directly or met. I called and spoke to one of the managers and let them know about this outrageous and upsetting incident an he said he would speak to her to fix the situation as any paying customer like myself is entitled to leave a review of their experience. Her negative review still stands on my other page. The manager and I also went over how my trucking company's experience with their towing company left a bad taste in my mouth and I also got a response from the owner here via Google Reviews. Not sure how they do things over there but I paid them for a service and wasn't pleased so I left my review of how that went. They in turn got upset and decided to slander my new business. Can you imagine the nerve?? Original Post: Terrible experience. Be warned. Called and specifically told them I needed a fuel pump on my specific truck. My boyfriend called back and did the same. They showed up without the fuel pump, used our tools not their own and ran a ton of diagnostic even after being told we don't want anything else done but the fuel pump. Pumped gas in after we declined and charged for it. Then they're ridiculous payment system. They were gracious to allow us to use a card but neglected to tell is about the fee associated with it. 368 for 49 minutes of time. We also had to get our own parts from pep boys since he came unprepared and said he would have to drive back to their shop for parts. Just a mess. In my opinion they are just incompetent, crooks trying to buy time to up their pay.

I had an electrical diagnostic service, done on my vehicle. Shorts in the modern vehicle are always tough to solve, yet AMS got it done. It was the Bluetooth module that kept draining the battery down. Took a little bit of patients, yet I was impressed they found the problem. I was charged the amount agreed to, when leaving my vehicle with them and felt, I received great service with good value. There office staff was friendly and communicated with me. Finally, the mechanic also explained the repair to me. I look forward to using AMS as my go to, for auto maintenance in the future.

Michael is one righteous dude! He would absolutely never harsh on your mellow! When my car was wrecked he did a very non-bogus and some might say bodacious job! Stokaboka that dude’s cool!
