Thank you Tim and Dan! Every time I call, both of you are very calm and professional with me plus your rates are absolutely astonishing. I was with Progressive Insurance for many, many years because they had the reputation of being very affordable. However, when I shopped around and you provided me with your rates, State Farm is HUNDREDS less than Progressive. When I contacted Progressive about this, not only could they not come anywhere near your rates, but they also could not explain why they were so much more expensive. Being on a limited income, usually things like insurance takes a very long time to shop around for. First of all, to get an actual person on the phone is not only very time consuming, but sometimes it's very confusing, not to mention explaining everything to them, then being able to compare quotes, all of this has, in the past, taken a couple of hours. When I bought my new car, you had it done in less than 15 minutes - that's AMAZING in my book. In addition, no matter what time of day it is when I call, one of you two ALWAYS answer the phone: I don't have to go through a computer nor do I have to press 1 for English.

I can not say enough about the awesome service from Janelle! We thought we were diligent in checking on our insurance costs throughout the years. Until I had Janelle get us a quote... and it was $1,300 less a year for our vehicles for the same coverage. Tim was also amazing in taking the time to talk with us to make sure we had all the coverage we needed without pushing us into anything additional. It was a few minute conversation to save a bunch of money a year.

Tim Werwie took the time to learn and understand my life, family, wants and needs to best understand which policy/coverage would better suit my life. The time he took and attention to detail in each process exceeded my expectations. I don’t think the average person truly understands insurance coverage and what each amount of coverage truly means. I didn’t at least. He went above and beyond to explain in detail the coverages & based on my current situation, how they could effect my life. I chose my policy and coverages without feeing pressured or like he was trying to “drain my pocket”. I left with a better understanding of insurance and better yet, left feeling covered if anything ever happens. I would have never guessed prior to our meeting, the potential financial danger I could have been in if I were to have an accident. I am very thankful & appreciative for the time he took to help me and my family.
