This is mixed bag. The lady was really helpful today. But overall very disappointed with Sprint. Buyer be warned about Sprint lease phones.

Delavan Wisconsin what wonderful people they put in so much effort to try to get my old phone downloaded to my new phone add things because I didn't know how great people I'm really happy that I changed the T-Mobile love and light DebynHolt

Just had to take a minute to give MANY thanks to Kevin today in the Delavan store. He went above and beyond to help me today. He was very patient with my lack of knowledge. You got a keeper here. Not only is he good at what he does, he also has GREAT people skills! Thank you again Kevin. Your help was VERY much appreciated!

Went in to update my phone at the Delavan Sprint. The phone they sold me was not properly updated and will not connect to wireless, GPS, Facebook or anything else. I told them I was working with Y... and wanted to pickup a different phone. Kevin said No, their was no order. I asked them to look my account. Kevin said No . Could they help me, answer was No! I got mad and said this is the worst customer service Ever! Kevin replied the police come there often to throw people out. Well I am a retired 65 year old school teacher and have never had such AWFUL experience.

I absolutely LOATHE having to upgrade my phone. The process..the wait.. the push for products.. It's literally the bane of my existence. But, it must be done. So, went on the Sprint site, ordered our phones (*we needed to upgrade 3) and set an appointment to go into the Delavan location to pick them up. Walked in, pleasantly greeted by Yolanda (I think that was her name) She was so sweet and super nice!! She checked us in, got everything started. Then we dealt w/ Brett who was just flippin amazing! Super professional, polite, funny as heck, and tried to up-sell in the most fantastic way possible. Not pushy, but fun. We also dealt w/ another employee, and I want to say his name was Kevin, but I am not 100% on that. Regardless, he was incredibly knowledgeable and all 3 made this daunting experience tolerable. They were all so friendly, professional, and just really easy to deal with. I didn't leave there irritated!! YAY!! Would definitely recommend this location. Clean. Friendly. Funny. Professional. And while the process took longer than I wanted, it wasn't their fault. There are many stores/restaurants w/in walking distance if you need to let them do their thing and come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. :)
