Not my best experience . First a live near the lake however no tower out here to pick up service. I asked for a booster nope we don't do that anymore. Updated our phones to tune of eight hundred dollars. Took them home didn't work. Mine worked differently than my husband same phone same person. Not real friendly seemed flustered.nCame back both of us separate husbands phone works Mine texts only drop calls. Second guy worked on it told me if this dosnt work comes back but it's going to cost me? New phone never worked right.nCame back first guy there busy not friendly could not tell me how long. Rude customer in there at time. Left and came back in next day a fill in guy pleasant friendly and yeah he got my phone working.five trips weeks with no phone no nine one one hello I'm an risk senior. Last guy was amazing please give him a raise he was very helpful and kind.
Tyler was very helpful, kind, and patient. While being the only one staffed that day he handled phone calls and multiple customers timely and efficiently, greeted everyone who came in and asked their reason and let them know he would be with them shortly.
Edgar is the manager of the Beloit store but was in Delavan. My God, was he nice and knew his stuff. Way better than the other manager. I'll be going to Beloit to see Edgar.
Both employees working tonight were very helpful and polite.
