I know this review seems harsh. The dental staff does an excellent job. My problem is with the billing dept. Beware of your bills. I first caught a discrepancy on my bill. I was over billed $54. When I brought up the documentation from my insurance I was told they could not accept information from my insurance until it had formally been received by them. Later I was told that we would be given a credit. Then my wife's bill started coming in . When compared to what was charged it was evident that we had continuously been overcharged.I brought this to the attention of the billing dept. After numerous calls to them and my insurance company it appeared that we had overpaid a considerable amount of money. Here comes the part that changed everything. We signed a document that said we would be responsible for dental implants. My wife was having implants and we thought this document would assure that we were responsible for our portion of the bill. Not a chance. They said that they had done some implant upgrades, although we never discussed the additional cost. Guess what ! Now instead of them owing us we now owed them over $400. I was just so irritated and disgusted that I paid them. I should have complained to the better business bureau. In closing let me say again. The doctors and staff do a great job. The same cannot be said from the billing department. Pay close attention to your bills.

I learned my lesson, would not recommend them to anyone. Check out the other reviews, any low rating always has to do with how they bill and how they will tell you it's covered by your insurance, but then you find out it not. My opinion, they are after your $$ first, not customer satisfaction which is unfortunate. Their quotes are hugely inaccurate, they will tell you how much the treatment, let you pay for it and then bill you another large payment after. My opinion, very untrustworthy way of doing business. I would go somewhere else.. anywhere else. I'm going to have to go to the BBB to settle a bill that I got after supposedly paying in full for the service, then got billed over $700 later. HOW!? You told me I was paying for the entire service at the time of the appointment.

Dr Wilkins is so personable, kind, and professional! I couldn’t ask for a better dentist! Everyone else at Cobblecreek has the same integrity and are great people. Very pleased and happy to have found you guys.

I love Cobble Creek Dental. Everyone is so friendly here. They are always helpful and let me know what I can do to improve the health of my teeth and gums. Megan is awesome as well as the other Dental Hygienist. Dr. Harris and Dr. Wilkins are the best. I won't go anywhere else. The service here is great and I know my teeth are in great hands. Come here your won't be disappointed.
