Tried to make first appointment online because it had an option to, i gave all my contact info and never heard back. About a week later I called to make an appointment, left a message and never hear back. Finally got appointment made and everything went ok, not very personable but nothing to complain about a basic dental exam. After my appointment I got a bill approximately 2 months after my visit. Called insurance and they had not received a claim from the office. Of course when I called the office they were closed that day and did not return my call after leaving a brief message. I received another bill a month later with interest charges this time. After verifying with insurance they had still not received a claim I had to leave another voice message because nobody answers the phones. I gave them all the info to submit a claim to insurance and never heard back. Finally claim was submitted and paid, when I called to verify everything was paid the lady in the office demanded I still owed them $3.52 from interest, seriously...$3.52. I have no issues with such a petty charge but with this customer service I would never recommend this office until they properly train someone how to submit a claim right the first time, follow up with a simple phone call, admit when they made a mistake, maybe even apologize as mistakes happen, and at minimum act like they even care a little bit. I honestly feel bad for the dentist having this person be his patient’s first and last point of contact representing his practice. Thank you so much for doing the same basic job that any dental office would do, submit the claims to the insurance I provided you upon making an appointment. I’m so glad you were able to mail statements to my house as I’m sure it took longer (as stated in your response, HOURS) to do that rather than pickup the phone and return a call for the messages I had already left on your voice mail system after getting your statements.
