The most welcoming and comfortable place I have ever taken classes at.
The owner, Shanna Stein, has a heart for the health of others and it really shows in her yoga classes and massage sessions. A yoga studio in a shopping mall might seem an unlikely spot but tucked at the end of a row of units and surrounded by green space it is a quiet, tranquil retreat removed from street noise. Shanna is a certified yoga instructor who keeps a kind eye on new students to assure everyone gets all they can from class. She has many different styles of massage offered (but when in doubt get the hot stones!) to meet customers needs. Highly recommend.
I have been working with Shanna Stein for 4 years . Her overall approach to yoga is very methodical. I love it ! She has guest instructors and promotes body image and health.
