I let doctor tom talk me into letting a student put a dental implant in, she drilled into the next tooth over, I was in pain when I left, the next morning I was back there severly swollen and in pain, a year later they tell me food was under the gum, many other excuses, another doctor said I wasn't a canadate for an implant. I've been left to suffer with this ( implement of torture), I deeply regret listening to doctor toms promises and still am hurting, last year I was told I had 3 cavities, they still haven't done anything about them, I need to have this implant removed.

I NEVER write reviews. I have diagnosed severe anxiety so putting myself in this position is incredibly difficult but this is so so important so I hope someone reads this. Due to some of my mental health issues I have neglected my dental hygiene for too long and now have several issues because of that including but not limited to a cracked tooth with exposed nerve, a previous root canal tooth that is wasting away into nothing and numerous cavities. I’m in pain and came here for help. They have never helped me. They took x rays, did nothing for the pain or discomfort I feel and when after MONTHS of waiting when I did get an appointment to get the bad teeth removed it got cancelled because of Covid. Totally understandable. What is not understandable is their claim to be open for emergencies and refuse to help me when I clearly fall under the ADA’s standards for an emergency during this pandemic. When a Doctor, who did not reveal his name, called me he was incredibly rude. He was looking at xrays from 5 months ago, wanted to prescribe me antibiotics without ever seeing me, told me that my pain was just temperature sensitivity from all my cavaties or an infection and when I declined a prescription for antibiotics because ive already taken one. he told me I’d probably need to go to a hospital then because the infection could move into my neck or eye and I’D DIE. HES NEVER EVEN MET ME, looking at xrays from months prior and doesn’t think the exposed root is the cause of my pain????? Meanwhile my exposed root tooth is only chipping more, my previous root canal has just a few chips left in the gum (when I started this it was only missing a middle chunk) and the pain I’m in... is incredibly high. If you have another choice, please go somewhere else. It took months to make any progress with this place and they definitely like to try to get as many appointments out of you as possible. I could speculate as to why.... *cough* MONEY *cough* but that’s just speculation.

I chipped a tooth and I can only get an appointment with my dentist if I go in as a walk in first so someone can take a look at it and treatment plan me. That is absolutely ridiculous. Anyone should be able to make an appointment with their dentist if a dental problem happens

This place is amazing!!!nI had a huge amount of dental work that needed to be done.nI had a very thorough initial consultation that ended with a plan to address my issues. The schedulers are first rate and when I asked to see if I could get an earlier appointment they check in with me constantly. The cosmetic and structural work not to mention the cleaning were all done better than I could have hoped for.nEveryone there treated me with compassion and respect.nThe best healthcare experience I've ever had ...

First few times I went there the doctors were great. That was almost 5 years ago though. Recently the doctors have been far worse. Dr Q did a few fillings for me and I had excruciating pain afterwards, when I went in to have it looked at he proceeded to do the one thing I had already said caused me agony, and then claimed he didn’t know it hurt. I had spent almost ten minutes explaining the problem prior to him completely disregarding it! Went back to see another doctor who was a fair amount better than Q, but I had to have my fillings adjusted SIX times and return again because I was still in pain! Still waiting for the pain to be fixed. The only reason I went back again is because they should have to fix what they screwed up, I had no pain prior to seeing their doctors. Highly do NOT recommend.
