I count this as one of the best businesses to work with. I bought the refrigerator over the phone and got a competitive price to Menards. The best part was their delivery men! Both were very friendly and careful removing our refrigerator and putting in the new one. I highly recommend them for all your appliance needs.
Nice place saves about a 10 mile right to the next hardware store. But the prices if very high

We purchased all of our appliances from Jensen Akins 5 years ago. Today, I called because our stove would not turn on. The oven works. I described the problem and the lady said she would pass it on to service. I asked if someone would stop by today and look at it. She said no and that it could be a week. She said based on my description they would order all the possible replacement parts and that could take a week. So I guess we go a week without a stove. I am really disappointed in the service portion of Jensen Akins but was pleased with the sales staff when we bought.
