I called, trying to get in for a really bad toothache and I was told I couldn’t be scheduled because my family had an account in collections. I’m 24 and haven’t gone to this office in years, probably at least 10 years. I asked the details about this and was supposed to be transferred to someone in billing, but I was hung up on. I don’t know how I as an independent adult who pays for my own bills could be liable for services that should’ve been my parents responsibility. This provider is clearly not concerned with my possibly serious tooth infection or my well being, but on money that I apparently owe them from when I was young.
I wasn't in the waiting room but a second. Dr. Menckel is going to perform a root canal and crown in the next few weeks. He and his staff are genuine, down to earth and fun so stay tuned for details. I really feel good about this place. I'm glad I was referred by another nurse.

They use several great techniques to get great results
I had been to 4 dentist in the last 2 year's ,I was told to go to Dr Henckel,so I gave it a shot OMG!! I had dentures before they didn't fit no other dentist could ever get them to fit ,I went to Henckel in Dec 2015 or 16 they explained what they were going to do,and it would be 3 or 4 visits ,I got my dentures I cried so hard they fit me perfect .I was and still am do very thankful oh Dr Henckel and his staff ,they are the best in this whole tri state region in my book .I have recommended 3 other people who needed dentures they all went to Henckel and are just as happy as I. Theiramazing
