Great place! Great costumer service! Great instructional videos! I am well pleased, I saw they only have 1 review and it’s not a good one. I called and I talked with Doris and she was very kind, and if she didn’t know the answer she go right up and went and found the answer! She was a delight! She also told me “if for any reason I want to return it within my 30 days, that it would be fine to do so”. I installed my fan in seriously less than a min and it works perfectly, and sounds like a fan. Not a annoying sound just a small amount of a motor running. Great place!!!!
Ordered a fan and it put out little to no air. The fan was pretty worthless to to circulate the warm air out of the fire place. Took me some time before I installed it, and they would not even exchange it. Even though I had not used it.
