Don't call anyone else. CALL SAM! Bug Bully is amazing ! I called Sam with some minor concerns, asked him a ton of questions, he's really patient. He ended up coming out and looking around made sure things were safe, told me what steps we should take. Then he got to work sprayed quickly and it all worked! Since then we've seen a couple random bugs around the house but they don't make it past the perimeter he sprayed! It's amazing! I also once in a while will have random questions and he's happy to answer, which is pretty awesome!
Sam has been doing our house in Syracuse for years now. He is fast, clean and reliable and the price is pretty good as well. We live next to a farm and a lot of crop fields. We had a mice and rat problem until he came. Since then no rodents and very very little to no insects. It’s awesome my wife and I love bug bully! Hit Sam up you won’t regret it.

Sam is great. He took the time to understand my issue before even coming to my apartment. I sent him pictures of the insects I found and he told me a few common areas to look for signs of an infestation. Doing this made his visit when he came out much more efficient and thorough. He spent a ton of time looking around and making me feel comfortable that my issue with german cockroaches, which he was there for, or any other insects was thoroughly evaluated. He explained the approach that he wanted to take and made sure I was on board with it.
