Jensen's has been great and less than other national companies. Great communication and details and coordination.
I am very pleased with the quality, service, and attention to detail provided by Jensen’s Pest Control. Gunner was our technician and he was fantastic. He came on time, he was polite and friendly. He asked if there were any areas that we would like to focus on, and he wore gloves, a mask, and shoe covers. He was very careful to spray around the baseboards, and he was willing to go back and spray in the windows becuase I asked him to later. While spraying the windows he was very careful not to bang into the shutters or the piano. That may seem silly, but I have had other pest control companies come before that are in such a hurry that they are bouncing off the furniture so they can get to another job. Not Gunner, he took his time, and he even stayed for a couple minutes after to explain everything and answer my questions. I will admit I am probably that obnoxious customer that asks too many questions and drives the technician crazy, but I didn’t feel like a burden at all. This was a totally different experience. I will definitely have them back again, and I will request Gunner to be our technician.
Hands down the best pest control company ever!!! Super friendly, knowledgeable techs and very effective treatments. They have the best guarantee around too!!
