My husband and I have gone through Todd Whitely Insurance for several years for all of our vehicles. Not only is Todd a great insurance agent but he is very personable and takes time to get to know his clients. Shelene and Joy in the office are wonderful and we know they will always take care of us. Todd has been my agent since 2003 starting with my personal vehicles & over the years has taken on my company fleet, Properties, Public Liability, Workers Comp & even specialty policy for our promotional Bullfrog Monster Truck... He is great to work with, comes to my office a couple times a year to review our needs & adjust accordingly... I am happy to give a 5 star Review... I have had several vehicles and my home insured with Mr. Whiteley. I have only made one claim the entire time I have been insured with this agent and it has been a nightmare. When I first called to make the claim they turned me away and told me to contact the other driver's insurance. I had to look up a 1-800 number to file a claim with somebody besides my agent before Whiteley's office would help me. Now months after the accident I am still fighting them to reimburse me for a car seat. Throughout the process I received more help from the other drivers insurance (AAA) so I moved my home and some of my vehicles over to them.
