DABC Utah State Liquor Store #21 Ogden

Limited hours and closed Sundays. Masks are required and practicing social guidelines. They have a good variety of liquor, beers, wines, etc.... Employees are friendly and helpful.

Fast and friendly! Didn't have to wait in line longer than 2 minutes!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. It was a busy Friday night getting close to closing time, the lines were long. The lines were in such a fashion that the two inner lanes would merge the incoming customer(like merging on the freeway). I asked a lady in line which she was in and she pointed to the an inner lane, so I thought the line was moving differently. My mistake. Once I get up to the register, the guy is like "Excuse me, were you in line!?" I then mentioned I was sorry and didn't realize i was not in the correct line and I also apologized to the lady behind me. Once I'm walking to the actual line, the guy running the register then exclaims to the next client coming up. "some ppl have no respect anymore!" Like what I had done was intentional and that I had been rude or even said anything about it! Straight unacceptable behavior. I try to avoid going to his register, but since the lines were merging, I ended up at his. he then looks at my ID, smirks at me and says "oh happy Birthday. " I will be contacting management to complain about their employee and his upmost lack of professionalism. maybe next time he can kindly mention 'it looks like the line starts over there' since he clearly saw me ask the lady the first time.

The employee named Connie was extremely rude the minute we walked up to the counter. Than instead of going to look at the price which was marked wrong she just wanted to argued. Another employee walked over to help he was very nice and could see she was being very rude and he apologized on her behalf. She didn’t know us from a hole in the wall and the minute we walked up to the counter she snapped at my husband when asking for his ID which he already knew he had to show it. Hey Connie learn customer service skills. I am sorry your miserable but don’t take it out on the customers. If it wasn’t for the customers you wouldn’t have a job.

My favorite liquor store. The employees have been really helpful. I just wish Utah wasn't run by the Lds cult, I mean church.
