I love this area anytime of year is a great time to go up there. you have the Bonneville shoreline trails that take you along the outside of the mountain and then you have trails that go up into the canyons the rainbow trail Taylor canyon that goes up to Milan's basin a lot of different options. it's especially beautiful if you can get up there in the fall which happens to be around into September or October is when the leaves are really bright and colorful. their trails that are easy to moderate and then there's some more advanced trails that take you farther up and higher up.

I love this spot. It's probably North Ogden most famous trailhead, or at least one of them. It leads to big rock, the Bonneville shoreline, and a small host of others. It is well maintained, and great for hiking or biking. Would highly recommend a visit, whether by yourself, with family, or with friends.

Access to Cold Canyon and a trail up the divide.

It was plowed! Great place to start a snowy tromp up the bottom of the Pass in the early morning. Also, I think we woke whoever was sleeping in the only other car there at 5:15 am. Oops!🤷‍♀️
